The Finance Department has the principal responsibility to ensure that the finance and other assets of the Company are secured and accounted for, while implementing the financial policy of Mayoubah & Sons thus ensuring adequate and proper accounting Record of all cash receipts and disbursements in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the department also prepare monthly/quarterly consolidated financial statements for the Company.
The supply chain of Mayoubah’ s & Sons ensures that its operations are unhindered in the safe delivery of petroleum products on the Liberian market. The company ensures that products are efficiently and sufficiently supplied to the market.
The Department’s main function is providing supervision of the importation, distribution and retailing of petroleum products to our clients and the general public. Operational technicians are responsible for discharging vessels and ensuring that products are safely stored and appropriately handled Our company Operational program helps us achieve and sustain excellence by raising performance standards through continuous improvement of the company’s business processes, systems, and policies. Implementation of our Operational program framework enables the company to reach leading levels of efficiency, reliability, and safety in a cost-effective manner that drives our day-to-day activities with a high-performance culture more capable of mitigating risk and meeting the company’s long-term strategy and evolving needs.
